Aether provides generative, biometric-responsive soundscapes via web and mobile interfaces. Audio is synthesized in your browser in real time; sessions are never identical.
Paid tiers renew automatically until cancelled. Payment is processed by Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal linked in your account. Refunds within 14 days of a charge are honored on request.
Aether is a wellness product, not a medical device. Binaural beats and adaptive audio are not a treatment for any condition. Consult a clinician if you have epilepsy, a pacemaker, or any condition affected by audio stimulation, and never use Sleep or Relax modes while driving or operating machinery.
You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or commercially exploit the synthesized output unless you hold a Studio tier with an active commercial license. You may not attempt to access admin areas or other users' data.
The Aether engine, presets, brand, and site copy are the property of Aether Audio. Soundscapes generated for your personal listening remain royalty-free for non-commercial use on Free and Plus tiers.
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aether is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
